hi! my name is madeleine luise arena.
i’m a multi-passionate creative, writer & yoga teacher driven by compassion. after more than 10 years of struggling with self-acceptance and perfectionism, i now share what I have learned on the path to recovery, and help my students harness the tools of yoga to cultivate awareness, balance, and contentment, both on the mat and in their larger life.
